Camp Lejeune Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for participation in this class action lawsuit, individuals must meet the following criteria:

Residence, Work, or Exposure: The injured party should have resided, worked, or been exposed to the water supply at Camp Lejeune. This exposure also includes in-utero exposure for a minimum of 30 days, whether consecutive or non-consecutive.
Exposure Period: The exposure must have occurred between the years 1953 and 1987.
Diagnosis of Specific Injuries: The injured party must have received a medical diagnosis for one or more of the following conditions following the exposure:
- Cancers: Bladder cancer, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, kidney cancer, leukemia, liver cancer, lung cancer, multiple myeloma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
- Female infertility
- Hepatic steatosis
- Miscarriage
- Myelodysplastic syndromes
- Neurobehavioral effects
- Parkinson’s disease
- Renal toxicity
- Scleroderma
